- Items without original packaging or documentation
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
Return Process

- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective or Damaged Products

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted
- Contact us if you have checked all of the above and still have not received your refund
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
